In our Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery, you learn the most modern, technologically advanced laparoscopic and robotic techniques. In January 2009, our Center for Health Care Simulation will open, setting a new international standard for comprehensive, multidisciplinary training.
On Wednesday mornings, all surgery residents, free from clinical responsibilities, attend teaching conferences.

| 8 - 9 a.m. | Grand Rounds Presentations and discussion lead by faculty, invited lecturers and selected residents. |
| 9 - 10 a.m. | Core Curriculum Conference or Evidence-based Medicine Conference |
| 10 - 11 a.m. | Chairman's Conference Second Wednesdays for 1st and 2nd year residents Third Wednesdays for 3rd, 4th, and 5th year residents |
